I admit I went to this Firestone because it their oil changes were inexpensive and their location was convenient for me. However, I have always come away unsatisfied. Although the people who work there are very friendly, the work they do was unsatisfactory.\r

Twice, after receiving an oil change there, my car did not start once I got it home. I called AAA to jump my car, and they found that the Firestone people had left some tools in my car under the hood. On another occasion, after having my tires rotated, my hub cap fell off after driving on the highway. \r

Additionally, while their oil changes are inexpensive, the rest of their services are quite expensive.
