Horrible customer service 6/13/2006

I ordered takeout during the lunch rush for myself and a couple of co-workers. My food was ready when I got there but it took over 20 mins for me to pay for the food. The manager was extremely rude and kept taking phone orders while trying to check me out. I also witness another patron who ordered take out and cancelled her ordered because it was not ready when she got there. Their service is horrible!! Also my egg drop soup had alot of gel (for lack of a better word) in it, it was gross. more
