I called to make an appointment for my dog to be spayed ($$)and had to deal with some rude girl that answered me with "unhuh". When asking a question I would like to have it answered a little more than "unhuh". When I took my dog in the same rude girl was at the front--still rude. I asked for fluids for my dog and she asked why! Why! To help with recovery, to help maintain body temperature, so that there is an open line in case of an emergency! I could go on. But the point is it's my dog don't ask me why! I want what is best for my dog, no matter the cost! She still doesn't want to run fluids and has to ask the doctor, which was not there! I also did not get to talk to a doctor or a technician/assistant about anything! I don't want to talk to a rude front desk girl. Needless to say I will not be back and my mom, brother and neighbor are all transfering our animals! PROS: NONE CONS: RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! more
