I got an oil change at Monroe and they never put my oil cap back on when they were done. I drove around with this problem for a week until my check engine light came on and my car started to smoke. I had to have my car towed to be repaired and I had to get a rental car for the weekend. I was informed by my Suzuki dealer that I could have seized my engine by continuing to drive my car. Since the cap was not put back on, there is oil all over my engine, tires, brakes, everything and it will cost $100 to clean. I am taking all my paperwork to Monro and they will be dishing out the cash!!! more
