I was interested in a particular service and inquired about it online. Next thing you know you get a one-liner response from their staff (sent from his/her personal AOL email account mind you!) along the lines of saying, they won't offer that service because it's small scale. So I wrote back asking, ""Are you saying you will not offer this?"" Response? Just a ""yes.""\r

Like any industry, health/cosmetic services is exactly that - services. If they can't train their staff to be more informative and responsive to (potential) customers, I seriously will not want to deal with the other staff either.\r

If they're this rude and feel they can brush off potential customers, imagine how they're treat you once you're done with and paid for your procedure!\r

They state they're ""#1""on their website. Whatever. #1 in being unprofessional maybe.
