This is, without a doubt, the BEST real mexican food in Hot Springs. Try the chicken chimi or fajita Suzana. Save room for the cheesecake, too. (And I don't like cheesecake!!!) Don Juan's is really easy to get into (no Central traffic.) They have a huge and diverse seletion, POTENT margaritas, and yummy salsa. The portions are generous, the service is very fast, and it's a great value. This place is quaint and decorated in a colorful festive style. Although the quality of service has declined in the past year, Don Juan's is still my first choice for a great meal.
