At their recommendation, I had my pet sedated so that she could be groomed (she has had difficulties with groomers in the past). When I showed up at A Plus Pet Grooming, there was no one there to receive the cat! This is in spite of the fact that I had an appointment, and they knew I was coming with my sedated cat. There was another woman waiting at the door when I arrived, so I was not the only one left in the lurch! This other woman managed to find a nearby groomer to take her dog, where they informed her that this was not the first time they had customers complain that A Plus Pet Grooming had failed to show entirely. To date I have not heard from these people. Incredibly unprofessional--I'd hate to think how they run the rest of their business. Stay far away from this one!
