I called to get an estimate and boy was I disappointed. It started out that I first was misled to believe they were a different company than who they were ( a certain window manufacturer who shall remain nameless). Then more time was spent criticizing other companies than selling me windows (desperate?). And lastly, the estimate was written on the back of a business card rather than an estimate sheet ( real professional). I just could not feel comfortable with a company that does business like that. I eventually went with another company that used the same window manufacturer and I couldn't be happier.\r
Pros: A quality product.
Cons: unprofessional salesmanhip.
