Copper Bleu is absolutely gorgeous inside! From the candelabra's and artful lighting, to the rich woodwork, and curvaceous glass tiled bar. Summer is perfect for the tree lined patio, and sitting around the Fire Pit. The staff is friendly and well informed. The menu has everything from Sandwiches, Burgers and Salads, to Steaks, Pasta, and Seafood. I've eaten there many times, and I love it.\r
My favorite's are Coconut Shrimp, Jake's Beef Tenderloin Fondue, Szechwan Green Beans, Seafood Pan Roast, Bleu Crusted Filet, Maple-Walnut Walleye, Prime Rib, and the Cedar Plank Salmon.\r
They have a Mashed Potato cart that comes to your table, and mashes them to order for you, and the creamed corn is the best. For a new restaurant, they've done an amazing job. My only dig, is that there isn't one closer to my house.
