Finally the Lehigh Valley has an authentic, fairly-priced, Japanese restaurant. Not sure what others spoke of with ""cafeteria"" food. Everything is made-to-order, authentic, and DELICIOUS! Wonderful for groups, families, or just a quiet evening for two. The customer service from everyone--the chefs, the bartenders, the wait staff--is excellent & so friendly. We always enjoy a visit to Ichiban.
