There are 3 chinese buffets in torrance, one on PCH (the worst), another one further south on hawthorne (not bad), and this one. This is by far the best, the food is always warm, great choice of items, (some dimsum too), sushi (not the best, but good), and very friendly hosts. It tends to get crowded at noon, so try going just before or after.
