The brisket here is great, just the right amount of fat and meat with a nice smoke ring. I'd recommend getting the sauce on the side so it doesn't drown out the smokey flavor. The sauce isn't that great, but the meat more than makes up for it. The ribs here weren't that special, but still infinitely better than Big Daddy's. They can overcook the ribs sometimes but the brisket is consistently excellent. I'd come out here on lazy sunny days and sit outside with a mint julep but they don't have booze. The atmosphere is the one I'd want for a no-nonsense approach to barbecue.
Pros: brisket
Cons: no booze
