I have had my SUV washed here 4 - 5 times. Everytime the managers and owners act like customers are an annoying inconvenience. They don't due a through job, and if you point it out, they give you a hard time. They leave water on the roof of my car so that when I leave, water pours down the windshield. If you point out a spot they missed on the car, they will say that you didn't pay enough. I got a free car wash when I got an oil change at Nissan, and it was much more through. You get the feeling that all the owners and managers care about is making money and not the level of their service. I will take my business elswhere and never return to this place.
