I love this secret, sushi house on the Sunset Strip. It ain't like the rest. Not Koi, nor Katana. A lot more down to earth and definitely Japanese! It's all about traditional recipes in this house. The master Chef Kino is usually pretty busy going back and forth, from sushi bar to kitchen, preparing for the OMAKASE courses customers ask for. This chef prepares authentic, delicious dishes from different sashimi to cooked. Authenticity is the key word. You might want to use a simpler word. ""Something Unique Kino"" ""Very Japanese"" - That's what I always say and boy, am I always surprised. This place is a true Sushi House with true recipes. If Kino isn't too busy, you might get an interesting story out of him. He's great! It is a small bar and patience is the keyword. Good to relax in! Have fun!
