First off, this is a VERY expensive restaurant. There is no real reception area, so when you walk in you are IN the restaurant. My dad and my husband were parking the car, and the hostess made us stand there until they came in, as the whole restaurant is staring at you. That is, until we demanded that we be seated. It was ridiculous.
Pros: truly innovative food
Cons: rude, snotty staff; chef will not accomodate requests
