I called this store to make a donation of some clothes and furniture items. They woman on the phone snapped that they ""don't take clothes"" and asked if our furniture was ""nasty"". I tried to set up a time for the items to be picked up next week, to which she stated that they get a lot of calls and that they would not look back in the book to find my information for a pickup next week. I would need to call again next week and hope they could pick up my items. I am moving next weekend, and need to be sure the items are removed from the premises. I will never call this place again. There are other places that actually APPRECIATE their customers and their business.
