Poor customer service not willing resolve issue 6/19/2006

Took boat in for seat repair. 2 of 3 tears were repaired. When I called the owner Terry he said that he would repair . Was told on 4 occassions that he would be out to get the seat. Was told today that I probably tore the seat after it was delivered and that he did not have to fix it. This guy obviously is not interested in staying in buisness. Beware !!!!!! Pros: Convient Cons: Poor customer service, No follow up, Does not follow through on commitment/delivery more
