I ordered $12,000+ of furniture and appliances on November 15, 2005 still waiting on complete delivery on June 9, 2006. Salesman Jackson never followed up, ad then refused to return calls, as did management. I don't feel that I am unreasonable in saying that after 35 years doing business with these folks that based on this service they will not see my face again! They said they were delivering the last piece Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday. I know lots of people that have yet to buy their furniture and appliances, I am telling them to stay away from COMEAUX's like the plague.
Pros: Used to be a great place to shop
Cons: Arrogance, no customer support, lack of followthru
