She's trustworthy, which is what I look at immediately when looking to an agent. Ever not trust your agent? You can trust JRS. That's a biggie with me. I have my homeowners,cycle, Jeep, truck and car insurance through JRS and I get a really good discount. (I've checked) If one company gives me a problem, JRS finds another that fits, I've had claims and regardless of the company, JRS has made sure everything was taken care of, even calling me back to make sure. When I was on vacation and forgot my payment, JRS contacted the company I'm under and got them to hold off my payment until I returned to pay it. What more can one ask of an agent? JRS does the job way past expectations!
