I just read a review for my favorite lunch spot, Ellyngtons. I did not realize they had a new chef but I assumed something was up because the food has gotten real good. I've spent the last 17 years eating lunch in downtown Denver and find Ellyngtons to be very convienent and as of late very, very good and the food is interesting. I have also tried the tuna melt and it is awesome but my partner had the halibut with corn pudding yesterday and I swear I almost ordered a second lunch. If you havent tried this place for lunch, you are seriously missing out. Kudos to the chef, you have a real good thing going on there. My only criticism would be the decor, it defintaly needs an update, but the food is so good it doesnt steer me or anyone in our law firm away. Keep up the good work.
