Joseph resized, reshanked and repronged my antique engagement ring. Not only was he patient and honest in making recommendations on preserving and improving my ring, but he turned the job around in one day because he "could sense that (I) didn't want to be apart from it for too long". My ring is more stunning than ever and now I know the stones are secure and the band will last forever. Joseph remembers me everytime I go in to have my ring cleaned and even though I didn't make a huge purchase, he treats me like a princess. What a wonderful, wonderful family run business.
