In March/06 my husband and I stayed at this hotel for the night. When we checked out the next morning, I left my two pillows behind. I called them the minute we returned home and explained what happened. 2 months and numerous calls later, with many ""call backs"" that never happened, I finally talked to a housekeeper who was kind enough to find out that they had been sent a couple days before. I'm sorry I never got her name but she the most helpful person on that whole staff. She did not put me on hold or asked for my number for yet another call back. She went out and got the information for me on the spot. Thank you so very much, what you did was much appreciated. The rest of the staff could learn the proper way to treat people from you. !! Thank you again. more
