We've had three bad experiences in a row at Market Street Cottonwood and we're not going back.
Last Wednesday night, our food took an hour and we never saw our waiter. When the food finally arrived, the $31 steak was over-cooked, my $45 crab legs were cold and shrunken, and the rest of the food was lukewarm. My previous visit was a debacle when my $16 salad (hold the capers, please) came with capers twice...Prior to that visit, we actually left without eating after 70 minutes on a slow Sunday night because we ran out of time to wait for our dinner.
Wake up, Market Street, and tell your cooks & waiters that it shouldn't be a burden to cook timely food and give decent service (hold the attitude) - the prices charged reflect premium food and service but your employees don't deliver...sorry.
Pros: location, views, architecture
Cons: poor service, expensive, slow
