I know most places check your credit but this services offers an alternative to good credit ratings. If you have a utility bill that is paid off and paid up to date they will rent a car to you. My husband and I went on a trip to a small town and we needed a rental. We do not have good credit but we did have that utility bill for them to check. Of course Enterprise is the company that will deliver the car to you also. That is a wonderful feature. I always find myself in a bind trying to pick up a rental.
