I think I've been a customer for over 10 years now at Harms. Cathy is the owner and she is the one that will also handle your accounting and tax services. She is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I only see her once a year, and before you know it, I'm sitting in her office again. She remembers our conversations from last year, which amazes me. Her business is in the basement of I believe her parents home. Once your down there, you wouldn't even know you were in a home. It's completely remodeled and it looks just like any other office would. The staff is just as friendly. \r

To top it off, I get money back every year, it's a win win situation.
