Even though this clinic is not in a tip top shape, it is good value for our money. I have once spent $500+ at other vet clinic and ended up with no result on my dog skin problem but when I brought my dog to blue cross, and with one diagnose, his skin problem goes away immediately and just ended up spending $18 + a bottle of shampoo. \r

I know the vet is not what I would call friendly, but in order not to pass the overhead to its client, it has to eliminate any additional assistant in the room when it is not needed. If you are looking for a first class service in a vet office, I would not recommend it but if you are interested to get the result fast, Blue Cross will be the place to go.
PROS: Efficient, and value for your money
CONS: Not exactly clean and high turnover
