If you really want to clean your carpets clean, this is the method to use. And the owner at Stanford Carpet Cleaning is great. I was always happy with the results (esp. getting out tough stains). But, it does take ALL day to dry and if you use the carpet when it's still even slightly damp, it will get dirtier faster. Once a year, I use this service for a deap-clean, and then throughout the year, I'll use Chem Dry for touch-ups.
