How bad can an Italian restaurant be?
We had driven by numerous times and it was always empty, but we thought we'd give it a try. It's hard to judge what the worst part was - was it when the caprese salad came without basil and the waiter, instead of getting some, concluded that the DRESSING had basil in it? Was it when I still had a full plate of food and a busser tried to take my food? Or was it when I had to get my own fork (which no one noticed) and my girlfriend had to cut her severly undercooked steak with a butter knife?
We decided if there was Italian restaurant HELL, this was where we would eat every night. It was as if the staff were plucked off the street with no restaurant experience.
Pros: Food was OK
Cons: Service, Service, Service
