after purchasing a car, we waited several months for a title - excuses after excuses - finally , we found out the title(s) were tied up in a bank loan and were not available. this should never happen. be sure to ask for a clear title before buying.
fortunately, we received all our monies back and gave the car back to vullo. happy ending.
