I arrived 15 minutes prior to closing, waited 10 minutes to have my neice fitted for shoes, which is fine but plays into the end result. After being fitted for shoes she wanted to try the pants on she selected and at 6pm we were told no she could not try them on because it was 6pm (literally; was right on 6pm) and they were closed. They lost $120 in sales because they didn't want to stay 2 minutes past 6pm.
