We had some out of town guest and since we had never been to Redfish we decided to take them there. When we arrived the restaurant was about 25% full (Sunday night) but we still waited 10 minutes at the hostess station and finally went back and found the hostess talking to the cooks. So after 15 minutes we were finally seated and waited another 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order who then went MIA. After being there for 30 minutes in a mostly empty restaurant with no sign of getting our drinks anytime soon we walked out. The next day I sent an email to the Manager and never received a response. We decided to give Redfish another chance and again received poor service. As for the food, its was just adequate although our wait at the bar was a much better experience.
