I went in for a simple enough haircut and the girl butchered my hair. It was two different lengths on different sides of my head. I only had one option... cut my hair shorter to match the shorter length. The staff was rude when I complained. It was the next day because the girl styled my hair the day of and frankly you cant tell anything if your hair is curled. I wanted to get my money back because it was really obvious, but the manager made me go to the same girl to get my hair fixed. I was told it was her or nobody. I let them keep my money and I went somewhere else. I will never go back.
