We had 14 people and from the moment we stepped in, serice was top notch. Santino (at the front) and Scott (our waiter) were impeccable.
Our appetizers were oysters, alligator, tasso shrimp (a MUST) and crab cakes. Sizable portions, beautiful presentation, and accurate descriptions of each dish.
Had the pecan-crusted fish, pork loin, bbq stew and the char (the special). Everything was great except the char but in all fairness, the description of trout crossed with tuna was pretty accurate. The pecan-crusted fish (not char) was perfect!!! The pork loin was tender.
The dessert souffle must be ordered at the beginning but is an absolute must. It was heavenly light - delicate and aromatic flavor.
Dinner was SO good that one of our guests made a reservation for the next time he was going to be in town.
