Horses spend the fall through spring in a small sacrifice lot that is muddy and manure laden. One horse was seriously injured on t-post used for fencing...had to be put down. Indoor stalls are nice. Indoor riding arena is a metal building that is large and convenient during inclement weather. Flooring in indoor arena is compacted dirt. Owner started as horse boarding facility but now has added sheep and goats. In the summer of 2005, the sheep were the main users of the back pasture.
