Joe's Pizza in Holbrook is a perfect example of family Italian food. Located is the same location for over 25 years and owned by the same family, it offers patrons the highest quality food and service. The regular slice (Neapolitan) is the perfect marriage of cheese, sauce and bread while the Sicilian is baked in a traditional quarter sheet pan allowing for each slice to have a crust(which is my favorite). The dinners are great for take out and the dining room is the perfect place for any casual meal. The employees are always very nice and do not shy from questions which is helpful when you don't know what a CRISPINO pie is (fresh mozzarella and tomato). The variety of offerings that Joe's has each day is intimidating and the pizza is always hot and fresh. Joe's is without a doubt the best pizza and traditional Italian food around.
