Had an alarm and remote start installed. After many numerous problems with either the car not starting or the alarm tripping and having Mobile Concepts take a look at it and 'fix' it, we took it to another place who in turn rewired the whole thing. Turns out the installation was a hack job and the wiring was all wrong. Once it was rewired, we had no problems.
Cons: bad installation, poor customer service
