Our dog felt comfortable, and thus we felt comfortable. The professional care that our dog recieved was great and the fact that the clinic did not push any of their wares on us was nice. The bill was not inexpensive, but relative to some other NYC vet prices was very reasonable. Small reception area was tough for having several dogs/cats, but the staff clearly cares about the animals and they come first. Assuring for a first time dog owner.
