As the name states, this restauarant specializes in beef of all kinds. Their specialty though is roast beef cut at stations throughout the restuarant served in a sandwich style unique to the region known as ""beef on kummelwick"". The beef, juciy and layered thick is serverd on a caraway roll (kummelwick) that is dipped in juice. They do it as well or better than any place that I have been.
