I am really annoyed. Because it is unbelievable that salesmen just wear elegant clothes to sell and show a big smile, but when it is just to try any kind of claim nobody shows smile, nobody wears elegant clothes and salesmen disappear. Customers don't have any good help and any good answer about their claims. For these reasons I won't never buy in Kirschman's again. I bought a sofa there and since two months ago I am waiting for any answer about the bad quality of my sofa's material and until now I have not received any answer.
