I ordered several pieces of furniture was given estimates of when the pieces would arrive. Galaxy screwed every possible chance they got. The first group was not delivered on the promised day and when delivered, one of the pieces was dropped by the delivery company. Galaxy offered to assess the damage and fix the piece instead of replacing it. FOUR MONTHS (I was told 12 weeks) after I ordered the second group, I was told that they would have to cancel the order because they couldn't get the pieces in. FOUR MONTHS (I was told 6-8 weeks) after I ordered the third group, I waited at home for 8 hours for the delivery and nothing came. Each time I asked for an explanation, I was treated as though I was asking for over-the-top service because I expected my furniture to be delivered on time, or to be delivered at all.
