Bites is a new restaurant I heard about through word of mouth. Owner and chef Jay Lao recommended that we try the spicy tuna bruschetta. I thought it was a weird combination, but it ended up tasting great! Combine that with a ""Seahawk"" roll, garlic calimari and a lychee saketini and I'm set. The waitressing staff could use some more training, but the overall food experience made up for it.
