The park is well kept up but the rent is too high for the services. The rules are very hard to follow and too strict. You pay taxes and rent which amounts to 5,000 per year but you have little control over your own mobile home or lot. If you dont mind the rules the park is otherwise nice

Cons: exspensive, over regulated, no plowing
