Where else in the area can you get a really good Japanese dinner for about $10? The food here is excellent, with the combo plates being the most popular. You have a choice of two or three things for your plate (for example, shrimp or vegetable tempura, beef or chicken teriyaki, yaki gyoza, etc) along with miso soup,salad, rice.
The sushi is very good, high quality fish (according to my husband). If you like seafood, definitely try the white roll...a deep fried tempura covered california-type roll...YUM!
While the decor is not that great (booths and tables...some larger spaced in the back room) it is a clean establishment. Their take-out food is an excellent way to enjoy the food without the wait for a table that can sometimes form. It is a very kid-friendly place and we often take our four daughters there. One of thier all-time favorite restaurants.
Overall...highly recommended.
