This place is extremely cheap and fast for a good lunch, but don't be fooled. It's a great value and quality is not sacrificed. The food is some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. The soups are outstanding. I eat at this place on average about 3 times a month, sometimes more.
And at dinnertime, though the prices jump a little bit, the portions get very very big! I often split it up and eat later for as much as two meals at a later time.
They also have some very interesting house dishes - try the Singapore Rice Vermicelli.
The one and only downside - if you happen to sit in the bar area, the smoke. If you avoid that area, not a problem, though.
Overall, a great place, great atmosphere, great food and very polite staff. I'm getting hungry just writing this review.
