I am Brigitte the owner, although I really appreciate a phone call from customers who have not received the best customer service and or haircuts at LuLu's, I don't appreciate this. Nellie has been cutting hair at LuLu's for 6 years and she gives a damn good haircut. We see all kinds of kids with all hair types. Our goal is to give the best haircut and customer service, otherwise I would not be in business. It is very important that small children with very curly hair come to LuLu's with their hair already combed through, otherwise it will not be a very happy experience for them. We spray their hair with water and always add leave in conditioner. We have spent over 30 minutes on some occasions getting dreads out of a child's hair, but I don't recommend putting a child 4 and under through that process.
Everyone getting a haircut or just visiting LuLu's gets a balloon. We also offer free lollipops and a 1st Haircut Certificate.
