The prices seemed pretty fair to me. Fairly good selection overall. Customer service is most important to me though. I litterally had to talk a salesperson away from playing games on the computer to show me fountains. He had no sales skill, almost no product knowledge. If I hadn't needed a fountain in a couple of hours I would have walked away. Adrian, the hard working support person is the one who found the right fountain in the right color and with sweat pouring down on a hot day carefully loaded the fountain into my car with burlap sacks. He saved the day and the sale!
Pros: Easy location, fair prices, selection
Cons: poor sales service, no product knowledge, little cust care
