I just got back from my first pregnancy appointment with Dr. Yunis. He was recommended to me by my sister, who has had all 3 of her children delivered by Dr. Yunis. He was at every delivery (so was I). He did an ultrasound today so that I could see the babys' heart beat before it could be heard (I am only 8 weeks). They made me an appointment even though I don't have insurance and signed me up for AHCCCS right there in the office- it is a program called Baby Arizona, where the doctors' office agrees to see patients without charging them until they are approved by AHCCCS.
He was so kind and took like 30 minutes with me answering every little question I had. He even spoke to my baby's father in spanish (Dr Yunis is fluient!!!) I think I am going to be very happy here.
