The overall job lacks the professionalism of a vendor with their experience. Tiles unevenly set. Morter not applied correctly - gaps between tiles. Did not clean tub before placing new tiles... Actually asked wife to purchase clauking to fill in gaps..... place two telephone calls after job to solve issues no return call. Asked for money up front for parts!
