I recently renovated my kitchen and had nothing but unnecessary stress and difficulty using Alan Court. While his selection of tile is quite nice, the tile was ordered and delivered late, and the installer demanded extra money when he found that less tile was delivered than specified and he had to come back to finish the job. The missing tile was mysteriously found in the basement of the store. Mistakes can happen, but they were multiple, and during the process, I found Alan and his staff to be detached, unhelpful, disorganized, and unpleasant to deal with.
