I cannot believe a place like this exists in Calistoga; home of world famous spas!! I am not sure if this facility gets more business than they need.... questions were not answered clearly...when asked again..these were the exact words; ""leave a message at the spa extension, someone will call you back""
I am so very disappointed at the lack of professionalism nor any courtesy in a hosptality industy. If anyone want to be treated to a relaxing weekend get away.. try googling some other place. I cannot believe my absolute first rating for any facility in Calistoga is such a negative one but I wanted everyone to know.
